Late new years resolution

1. Pull that GPA up. I know it’s completely possible, I just have to put my mind to it.

2. Relax a little more. Despite how tough the job market and how competitive the world we live in, life only happens once. I can spend all of my time fretting over one issue or another but in the end the phrase “this too shall pass” will resonate again.

3. One of those unrealistic things I put up every year… get in shape. This time I shall define it a little more. More water in the diet, no drinks with added sugar or substitutes, less carbs, no food past 9pm, 50 pushups in the morning and another 50 before bed, cardio (minimum 1 mile) every other day, weights when possible.

4. Make an effort to talk to 5 people at every event I go to whom I would not talk to normally.

5. Go to more events…

6. Read a book every week to better myself.

7. Learn to surf.

8. Find some true interests and develop a passion for it. (Purposely vague because it is currently undecided)

9. Learn enough Chinese so that others can’t tell I’m not really Chinese.

10. Become a leader in a volunteer organization.

11. Develop deeper friendships.

12. Taste and remember the flavors 20 different brands of Scotch/Whiskey.

13. Go skydiving. Make sure it’s recorded because that’s awesome.

14. Start a business.

15. Learn a defensive art.
